Stykkishólmur is the biggest village of the Snæfellsnes peninsula. There you can take a boat to the Westfjords, to the island Flatey and also a ride around the multiple isles of Breiðafjörður bay.
The weather was beautiful. Blue sky, no wind.
The boat ride was beautiful. Lot’s of scenic views. The guys at the boat liked those two islands 🙂

The crew threw out a net and fished some shellfish and offered us to eat raw…alive!…fresh from the ocean. One crab was not happy and ran away.
It was a very nice boat ride in a very nice weather.
