Maya Bay has a magical beach which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the World.
The movie The Beach with Leonardo di Caprio was shot here. Around this beach of dreams are high cliffs all around. We had a speedboat and we went cruising to the Koh Phi Phi in Thailand.
The Beach
In the movie The Beach a young traveler named Richard (Leonardo di Caprio) finds a map that supposedly leads to a legendary island paradise on earth, beautiful, unspoiled, and uninhabited. He goes out to find this place and after a dangerous journey he finds The Beach and it is as beautiful as the legend said it would be. He soon discovers that he is not alone.
This truly is a magical place and no wonder they chose this location for the movie to be the paradise on earth.
